Dirty carpets? No problem. At Great-Jan we use two methods of carpet cleaning to get your carpets looking like new.
Hot Water Extraction
Hot water extraction (deep steam clean) works by scrubbing a high temperature water and cleaning solution mixture into the carpet via carpet cleaning wand, thus loosening the soil. At the same time a powerful vacuum is extracting the loose soil into a recovery tank. When it comes to removing the most soil from a carpet, there is no better method than hot water extraction.
Encapsulation
Encapsulation works by using a liquid polymer pre-spray that encapsulates soil in the carpet, which then dries to a crystal. The crystallized soil is removed through normal vacuuming. This method will also leave carpet looking great as well as maintained until the next deep steam clean.

Burnishing
Burnishing is great for maintaining your floors. This service is used to polish and smooth the top layer of your floor finish, making it shine. Additionally, it will remove small scratches and surface scuffs.
Scrubbing & Recoating
This service removes the top layers of the floor finish along with the scuffs, oxidation, surface scratches, and deep ground in dirt that were in it. The debris is then vacuumed up, leaving the floor to be mopped or auto scrubbed with a neutralizer solution. The floor is then rinsed with water and dried. New finish is applied to replace the old, leaving the floor shining.
Stripping & Finishing
This service is used if the floor finish is extremely discolored, heavily broken down (possibly to the base floor,) deeply scratched, gouged, peeling, bubbling, cracking or is deeply embedded with soil. Very strong chemical strippers are used to remove all of the finish. The debris is then vacuumed up, where the floor is then neutralized and rinsed with water. New coats of finish are applied to replace the coats removed.
